As Business Director of Sprout! Regional Food Hub, Lisa Hartwick oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility & program development. Key areas of focus for her and the Sprout! Team are: Springfield Farmers’ Market, Restaurant Business Incubation Program, Commissary Kitchen and Community Events. Lisa has a strong background in business, sales, marketing and process management. Lisa has owned & operated three different retail/service businesses in her career, the largest being a 5,000 sq. ft. gourmet kitchen store. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband working on their property, caring for numerous pets / livestock and baking.
