This fast-track class, team-taught with an experienced group
of volunteers from the real estate and lending industries, covers
topics such as financial preparation, shopping for a home, mortgages,
housing decisions, the closing process, and protecting your
investment. The ABC’s program will require a one-on-one
with a Homeownership Counselor for completion. Completion
of the ABC's class is required for many down payment and closing
cost assistance programs.

There is an additional $5.00 fee per person, if you
need to reschedule for another date and there is a $10 processing
fee if you need to cancel your enrollment to this class.

REGISTRATION
Registration prior to the class is required. A fee covers
materials used in the class and must be pre-paid by attendees
with a check or money order (cash is not accepted). The fee
is $45 for an individual and $50 for a household buying a home
together and sharing the materials. Send the registration form
and fee to the Homeownership Center nearest to you.
